What is leadership?

아래 사진에 있는 큐알코드를  읽으면 영어로  읽어줍니다.

One day, some soldiers were carrying some heavy logs. But the sergeant was just nagging them. Then a gentlemen on horseback asked the sergeant, “Why don't you carry the logs together with them?”

The sergeant answered, “I have to supervise them.”

The gentleman dismounted from the horse and helped the soldiers. Before left. the gentleman said to the soldiers, “Call the general whenever you have to carry logs.“ They were very surprised because they did not know that he was the general until the said so. He was George Washington.

 

어느 날， 사병들이 무거운 통나무들을 운반하고 있었어요. 그런데 상사는  그들에게 잔소리만 하고 있었어요. 그 때 말을 타고 가던 한 신사가 상사에게물었어 요. “왜 당신은 저들과 함께 통나무를 나르지 않습니까?  상사는 대답했어요.

“나는 저들을 감독해야 해요." 신사는 말에서 내려 사병들을 도왔어요. 떠나기 전 신사는 사병들에게 말했어요. “통나무를 나를 일이 있으면 언제든지 총사령관을 불러 주시오." 그가 그렇게 말하고서야 그들은 그가 총사령관이라는 것을 알 고 깜짝 놀랐어요. 그는 조지 워싱턴이었어요.
